Returning to the Harbourside this summer, the Bristol Sounds festival has stocked up its lineup with more unmissable artists.

Taking place in one of Bristol's most dynamic cultural locations, the Bristol Sounds festival brings some of the biggest names in international music to the Harbourside for perfectly curated days to get excited for. Returning this year from June 22 to June 30, there will be three all-day events followed further by captivating headline shows from household names.

Already announced were the all-day events with artist Skindred performing on Saturday 22 June, Gentleman's Dub Club, The Skints, and more on Sunday 23 June and The Breeders, Ty Seagull and Squid on Sunday 30 June.

Joining them across the seven-day event are multi-platinum selling Placebo and Brit-billion certified James Arthur.

The grunge-rock 90s icons Placebo are off the back of their first album in ten years, Never Let Me Go, that reignites the experimental edge that they started nearly twenty five years ago. This is their only current UK show booked for 2024, and the last time they played Bristol was 2015, so this is one definitely not to miss.

James Arthur's resonating lyrics and voice have captivated the UK for years and for his fifth album, Bitter Sweet Love, he touches down in Bristol ahead of a sold out arena tour planned for later this year.

Event promoter Conal Dodds of Crosstown Concerts has said:

'Bristol Sounds is fundamentally a festival for the people fo Bristol, and each year we like to curate a programme that will catch the attention of everyone and anyone! It's such an eclectic mix of genres and gigs, you're guaranteed to have a great time. When we're thinking about our bookings, the line-up has always been put together with the fans at the core of our decision-making, and we can't wait to watch the crowd's reactions as their favourite artists take to the most incredible stage in the city.'

Tickets are on sale now and can be found here.
